Stages Northwest (SNW) is the region’s premier supplier for epic music festivals and sporting events, corporate gatherings and private weddings. We have over 40 years of industry experience and expertise, and we are looking to grow our team for the 2024 season.

Our Stage Lead 1 position is a leader in the field. They travel to project sites, leading the teams that build our stages throughout the season. Organization, ability to prioritize, and delegation are a must, as they are the go-to for answers.

This role will work hand in hand with our office to make sure the product is being delivered per approved drawings and documentation. They interact with the client, manage team tasks, report hours, and are responsible for overall safety of the crew.

  • This role checks the safety of the site and the quality of the work.

ORGANIZED & FOCUSED

  • Maintaining focus and an organized/prioritized order of operations is critical for each build.
  • They communicate and delegate tasks, outlining benchmarks to hit the deadline.

ACTIVE & DISCIPLINED

  • This position is akin to a working foreman.
  • They supervise tasks and teams, but frequently join alongside them.
  • Must be able to work hard, and remain disciplined till the task is complete.

PROFESSIONAL & COMMUNICATIVE

  • This role is the face of SNW to the client on the build site.
  • They set the tone for the whole team, which means setting a high bar for overall professionalism, dignity, and respect.

DEDICATED & QUALIFIED

  • This role is often also responsible for the safe and timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to navigate from point A to point B is a significant part of the role.
  • As a leader, this role is often eligible for long hours on nights, weekends, and holidays…which means overtime!
