EQUIPMENT YARD MANAGER

Stages Northwest is looking for a leadership professional to take our equipment yard and headquarters space to the next level. This position is primarily responsible for the management of our warehouse team, but they are also a critical part of the management group.

Accountability and management oversight have set up this role for success, however this position also maintains an elevated level of autonomy. This role is the hub of the organization, a level headed proactive planner that acts as the knowledgeable calm in the storm.

  • Full Time, Monday – Friday
  • Competitive Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 + annual bonus

THE ROLE

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing materials
  • Ensure all orders are completed to meet required deadlines
  • Keep all systems, files, logs, and inventory up-to-date and accurate
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, efficient warehouse environment
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure warehouse is in compliance and meeting all required guidelines
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers and vendors
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ year(s) warehouse experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, CDL is a plus.
  • Ability to operate a forklift a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time as needed
  • Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and materials
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
